All items purchased from online store and sent in the post are subject to minor fading or change from online images due to screen brightness and settings. 


Once an item is in the post no moss holds no responsibility for Australia post or other postal organisations actions or treatment with the package. 


If the item is received in a broken or deemed to not fit the advertised description from the online description no moss can start communication towards resolving the issue. 

Change of mind or incorrect sizing will not be reimbursed as that is up to the customers discretion to check sizing and design.

If an item is to be returned unless otherwise organised postal costs will be covered by the customer.
